Oh my goodness, it has been a while since Iโ€™ve sat down and actually written a blog post! This is going to be the first of many posts in my quest to catch up on everything and get back into the routine of writing. It has been a crazy few months! I have spent allโ€ฆ

Christmas Cards with Basic Invite

‘Tis the season for gorgeous Christmas Cards! Last year I sent out Christmas Cards for myself in order to share my new address with friends and family. I loved getting to send out these cards and receiving a few back to display on the front of my fridge. This year, I wanted to send outโ€ฆ

New York City – Day 3

We are now at the halfway point of our trip and Iโ€™m so sad about it. Itโ€™s fun to escape work for a little bit and also rediscover my love for this amazing city as the life has come back to it post-COVID. We didnโ€™t have much planned for this day, so it was actuallyโ€ฆ

New York City – Day 2

Day 2 of our trip and my feet were already feeling all the walking we did the day before! Luckily, I did bring a pair of shoes that I had worn all the time when I lived in New York City. I wore them today and pretty much for the rest of the trip. Weโ€ฆ

New York City – Day 1

I can’t believe I got to go back to my favorite city for the first time as a tourist since I moved away in 2021! I was a little nervous going back because I didn’t know what feelings would flood back when I got there. When I lived there it was honestly the best ofโ€ฆ

Happy Monday y’all! I know I shouldn’t be living for the weekend, but I have so many exciting things planned for this weekend that I just can’t wait for. We are going down to Baton Rouge for the first time in about six months. It’s crazy how a place I used to go to allโ€ฆ

Weekly Roundup 09.24-10.07

It’s a two for one special! I owe y’all a weekly roundup from last week, so I decided to combine it with this week’s post. I wouldn’t say the previous week was particularly busy, but I did feel very overwhelmed with everything I needed to do and unfortunately, that meant I didn’t find the chanceโ€ฆ
