I am so excited to get to Tiana! There’s a lot of eyes on her right now in the parks with the transformation of Splash Mountain to a Princess and the Frog themed ride and Tiana’s Palace dining. Tiana is also a special princess to me because her movie takes place in my home state of Louisiana. I remember seeing this movie in theaters back in high school with some friends and all of us getting excited when they mentioned our city.
Whenever I think of Tiana, I always think about her green gown at the end of the movie. This is also the outfit that she wears at the parks, so I wanted to put most of the focus on that color. It turned out perfect because my all time favorite Amazon dress just happens to also be a mint green color. Her accessories were a little bit harder to come up with, but I hope I did Tiana well in creating these fun outfits for her.
