Y’all this month flew by! If it feels like January drags, February is over in a blink of the eye. This month was a busy month of celebration between opening a new restaurant, Valentine’s Day (busiest day for a restaurant) and Mardi Gras season. I even squeezed in a trip to Little Rock to see Aladdin the Musical on tour. I also took this month to start getting back into a routine of going to the gym and having a more settled schedule. I have some exciting things coming up in the next few months, and if February is any indication, this year is going to be incredible.
With all the driving and business of my schedule this month, I listened to more audiobook than anything else the month. I also want to give an honorable mention to the Netflix miniseries Murdaugh Murders. If you’re a true crime fan, this is a must watch for you. I watched all three episodes so quickly. It had me hooked from the beginning.
Here are my February favorites:
Book: One True Loves by Taylor Jenkins Reid
TV Show: The Way Home (Hallmark original show)
Film: Edge of Tomorrow (Not normally my cup of tea, but Emily Blunt is fantastic in it)
Song: Creep cover by Brandi Carlile
Snack: Trail Mix from Target
Podcast: My Favorite Murder
Wardrobe Piece: J Crew Factory Cableknit Mock Sweater

I’m loving “The Way Home” as well – the story is so interesting so far..
