Hey y’all! I can’t believe we’re solidly in 2023. I was hoping to have this up towards the first day of February, but we opened a new restaurant the last week of January and I have been so busy either helping out at the new restaurant or running the restaurant that is my home base. It’s such an exciting time for the company, but also a chaotic crazy time as we get this new restaurant up and running.
This past month I really took the time to create a refresh with the blog, especially with these monthly posts and book reviews. I’m hoping that because I’m putting more focus on this brand again that I can keep up with it throughout the year along with bringing new series and finally posting all these blog posts that I owe y’all (like the Disney World trip).
