Y’all I have finally found the most comfortable and fitted black suede heel! Honestly, when Sarah Flint reached out to me to become a brand ambassador for her brand, I was shocked. First off, her shoes are beyond gorgeous, like look at this shoe here. And second, I felt like I was too small of a blogger to become a brand ambassador for such a great company, still do honestly. I’ve heard all about them from the larger preppy style influencers and knew it was going to be a goal of mine to be able to work with this company.
Once I got over the shock of being asked to work with the company, I knew it was the perfect time to grab a pair of black suede heels. I have been eyeing a pair from Sam Edelman for a while, but was waiting for them to restock in my size. I snagged the 85 Perfect Heel Black Suede in a size 39 1/2 (US size 9).
First let’s talk packaging. Immaculate packaging from the company. The shoes are in a cloth bag with the cutest blue and white floral design that I still use to this day when I travel with my heels. Taking that extra step to help protect them not only in shipping, but in your closet and when traveling was a big plus for me.
Now the design of these shoes. First I was obsessed with the shape of the shoe around the tip of the shoe. Then when you do more research into the details of the shoe, there were three things that make these shoes superior to any other pair of shoes. 1. There is a wider toe box for more comfort in the toes. 2. There is an arch support in the shoe. I’ve heard people say that this is very helpful for those with either a low arch in their foot or no arch, but as one with a high arch, I’ve found it very comfortable as it fills in that extra space between the shoe and the arch. 3. There is extra padding in the shoe itself for extra comfort. This makes it easier to wear for an extended amount of time.
I’ve enjoyed wearing these heels the few times I’ve had a chance to and can’t wait to style them some more. Below are pictures of how I’ve styled the black suede heels so far.
